Tell me why...

Why is traffic the very WORST on Monday mornings? I mean, people get to work on the other four days of the work too, right? Why then does it seem like there are more cars, bikes, cycles, people and everything in between on the roads on a Monday morning than there will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - all combined? Why does it take me twenty minutes on a Monday morning to cover a stretch, inch by coma-inducing inch, that would on any other day, take me just three? And why, pray tell, does everyone drive so badly on Monday mornings?

Blame it on the weekend!

I think lots of people go out on the weekend. They mostly come back late sunday night. On monday those who travel by office transport miss their bus hence they have to drive their own vehicle. Those who normally travel by own vehicles also start a lil late on Monday morning.(Sunday night's hangover!) As a result... you can see roads flooded by bikes, cars etc etc.

While coming back on Monday evening (after going through the torture again) you already decide that no matter what happens I am gonna start early tomorrow morning or I am tired of driving, let the bus driver do it for me. As a result you would find less trafic on remaining 4 days of the week.
