How many times have you wondered...
- ...just how safe your car is?
- ...why your car costs so much more in India than it would have abroad?
- ...just what the heck Maruti keeps doing right every year, year after year?

I have in fact wondered about how safe is it - Have you seen the Fight Club? The guy works as a recall coordinator for a major car company - apparently the number of accidents on the road due to a fault in the car can initiate a recall only if 'x'(x = [No. of vehicles in the field X probable rate of failure] X avg. out of court settlements) is more than the cost of the recall. I'm wondering if it really works like that? Not that I'm saying I believe everything i see in the movies, but does it?
